When you first ordered your service you were charged a one time membership fee. This setup fee pays for setting up your account, programming your equipment, and creating the actual service with one of our network partners.
After your account is set up, we mail you the modem.
From that point, you have 10 days to use the service to see how well it works for you.
But here is the short version. If, for any reason, it does not work the way you need it to or you change your mind, you can call to cancel service at any time and return your items for a full refund before the 10 days are up.
The LTE speeds of our hotspots depends on how close you are to the cell towers in your area and the carrier. We've had reports of over 100 MBPS from those who are close to a cell tower, and about 1 MBPS that are miles away from the tower. So you’ll want to pick the carrier plan that has the best and strongest LTE signal where you will be utilizing the hotspot/router to ensure the best possible speeds!
This depends on the device and it can range from 10 to 100 connected devices per hotspot or router.
The Hotspot only option is up to 10 wireless devices.
The Basic and Advanced router option can handle up to 100 devices on wireless and ethernet.
The purchase of a membership constitutes ownership of the membership only. When becoming a member, you are responsible for paying a one-time membership fee which covers the cost of the setup, administration, and support of your new membership.
However, items issued by RuralVille are the property of the company. As the owner of the membership, you may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply returning your device - we never charge any cancellation fees! All of our membership plans are month to month, and require no contract and no credit checks! Each payment pre-pays for your next 30 days of membership, and you may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply returning your device to RuralVille. Monthly charges will continue until we get the device back.
